A solid line up. The only change I would have made was to bring in Mertesacker for Gabriel.

Looks like Wenger really wants to give the Koscielny and Gabriel partnership a chance.

Good decision in the long run I feel.

Gabriel is such a funny guy. He had a nightmare last time against West Ham, I’m sure he will put in a MOTM performance today.

And then make 2 mistakes leading to goals in our next match…

Rohith J

I would say let’s give it a good go to finish above Spurs. No point in complaining about things. COYG!

Eyob

Look there Gabriel on the starting line up as chosen by the pundits. Because if you are fast, defending don’t actually matter.

ArthriticKnee

To be honest, I would really like to see Chambers-Koscielny pairing for once. I believe Chambers has greater potential than Gabriel at this moment in time, he has always been solid after that first half against Liverpool in August.

Indian Gooner

Good line up.

Bringing Petr Cech back was a no-brainer.

I still certainly do believe that Gabriel deserves a chance. He is young and he is got the pace, he has just got to mature up a bit.

Fabulous

Looks like Leicester may drop points as it stands, not too sure what I feel about that. It keeps our completely unlikely small chance alive, but at the same time it takes fucking Spurs a bit closer to the title. Fuck me.

Andy Mack

The ref stepped in again to help Leicester get a point though.

Getso gunner

Glad to see Cech back, with Leceister losing, please give us some hope

Deano

Bloody hell that Jon Moss was piss poor today.

I thought the decisions evened out. Two soft penalties. Second yellow was deserved.

Now I just hope Spurs fuck up so we can catch up to them.

Mpls

Aw, cmon. He was 50% on the penalty calls! 😉 ok, maybe 25%.

I was happy to see Vardy get his cheating due. He’s used that crafty dive all season. I thought that was a good call that took nerve to make. The others though. Yikes. Might rather they had the full 3 at this point though, because of shit.

In the end it was probably the right result though.

CJ

the last minute penalty to Leicester was just absolutely ridiculous. i think the ref was trying to make up for his earlier inconsistency. i think West Ham must be among the teams with the worst refereeing decisions against them this season.

at least the Vardy second yellow/red was a correct decision. and he’s out for their next game.

Alexstratz

I don’t know how to feel about Leicester losing. It takes us 8 points behind them if we win today and our match in hand against West Brom BUT it means Spurs may win it. I swear I’ll lose it if Spur win it…

greg

40 mins gone no shots at goal

Fucking abysmal

greg

Lots and lots and lots of empty seats

ciderman

We have to win our games in hand though and this performance against palace sucks

Welshman

I woke up this morning and thought i would turn on the game, and I am appalled. Absolutely appalled. As disjointed as the players are, i am furious with the fans at the stadium. I would give my right bollock to be at the stadium every week, and its so quiet i can hear the opposition manager shouting his instructions. If the complaining on here, and on other social media platforms, even translated half to the stadium, then The Grove would be a fortress. Instead its a crucible of nothing. Sadly we only sing when we’re winning. As much as… Read more »

Personally I think we price the vocal passionate fans out of the ground. Liverpool is cheap in comparison

The tap tap tap passing going nowhere at a snails pace doesn’t help get the crowd into the game either

Muchadoaboutnot

Tanked!

Cracked

Balls

ciderman

We will struggle to get forth place at this rate – does anyone seriously think Wenger is the right man to move us forward?

nothing new

bleh

nothing new

I bet a nipple to my friend that we would concede, I got a third nipple now

CJ

at this point, who cares anymore?

Muchadoaboutnot

Just seeing wenger in the dogout is even depressing these days. *shrug*

Crash Fistfight

Andrew can’t even get himself up for posting the post match report these days. That about sums it up.

Wynmills

Both Monreal and Bellerin look like newborn lambs in defence at times. It’s shit poor passive defending. Standing off your man without putting real pressure on the ball. Fucking dreadful stuff. It’s always been Wenger’s achilles heel. That and failing to really motivate his players.
