His interviews are rubbish but his attitude and application at the moment are wonderful.

I always thought of him as probably the most eloquent footballer out there.
He’s an Englishman. Of course he likes to hear himself talk with his fancy accent. 😉
I would agree he’s more intelligent than most footballers but personally find that he is an effectively polished, PR-trained cliche machine sometimes. Not that I remotely care, of course. He does come out occasionally let the mask slip with some cracking banter (a la Sp*rs 2-0) too, in his defence. Sure I can’t have been the only one to watch this video to double check that he actually did swear!

Boss knows best. I thought Walcott was done and dusted. But the gaffer kept him instead of Campbell for a reason. We don’t just play Alexis up front, Theo joins him or takes position in lieu of him in the box whenever possible. One of the reasons is Mustafi is good at covering (aggressively the right side when Bellerin goes forward. That allows Walcott to pinch in on the right channel (something he does best) or get into the box if Alexis is marauding elsewhere. theo was great again tonight. The quality he showed on the ball and the intelligent runs he made you can really see a difference to his all round play. Hopefully he can keep this up, if he does he could become an absolute nightmare for defences with his pace and finishing. The team as a whole looks like a much improved side compared to last season and long may Theo’s and arsenal’s excellent form continue!

Ok im loving the amount chances we are creating at the moment, now we need to start killing teams off by scoring them mercilesslly. Also our effort without the ball needs to stay at this level im every game.
At least we are scoring early. Makes the misses much more bearable later on and holy fuc&, two games in a row without feeling too nervy…is this Arsenal?!
