So if Arsenal announce Arsene is leaving the club at end of season, will that be enough to spark the players to finish the season on a high with an FA Cup win and actually play for the manager again?

See I think he should see the season out, but atleast let us all know now the intentions. If he stays and commits til end of the season then it might inspire the players a bit more, do it for the ol codger so he goes out on a high. Doesnt mean he stays beyond the end of the season. i dont see value in caretaker managers… he might as well see the season out whilst club searches for his successor.
How could he possibly leave on a high? A caretaker manager won the CL for the chavs and is doing wonders for Leicester. What are you on about?
