Arsenal midfielder Jordan Nobbs has signed a new contract with the club. Jordan joined the club from Sunderland as a teenager in 2010 and has won 3 league titles, 4 FA Cups and 5 League Cups in her time in North London. She has made 206 appearances scoring 66 goals.
Jordan told Arsenal.com, “Arsenal is my everything now. I think football has overtaken my life since the age of seven, but I think I’ve got Arsenal in my blood now and I’m very proud to say that. I think I’ve got some great years to come.”
We’ve thought a lot about how we could announce this…
Fact is, @JordanNobbs8 just loves this football club ♥️ pic.twitter.com/CUIwy6CA06

Manager Joe Montemurro added, “Putting football aside, she personifies what Arsenal means. To have players staying here for pretty much their whole career is something that’s very, very special from a coaching perspective.
“They’re unique situations in coaching and in forming groups to have players who are ingrained in the fabric of the club and we wish her all the best going forward. She’s an important part of our making as a squad.”
Just for nostalgia’s sake, here is the first of many interviews Arseblog News has conducted with Jordan from October, 2013.
Great stuff, an exceptional player.
Such a good thing seeing her doing well after the ACL injury. So happy for this, my favorite player ❤
One of the very few players in the world who I truly believe when she says that she loves the club. We are lucky to have her.
Couldn’t be happier, class act and a fantastic midfielder!
Amazing player, very happy about this
