Arsenal have confirmed that James Olayinka has joined Cheltenham Town in a permanent move.
The 21-year-old midfielder moves to pastures new having spent the last 18 months on loan with Northampton Town and Southend United.
While he didn’t feature for the senior team in a competitive fixture he was part of the squad that toured the US in 2019 and scored a belting goal in a friendly against Colorado Rapids – definitely one to tell the grandkids about. He was also on the bench when we beat Liverpool in the Community Shield in 2020.
