Arsenal Women Arsecast Episode 63: Beattie, Wubben-Moy, Pelova exclusive

Welcome to a brand new episode of the Arsenal Women Arsecast, the number one podcast about Arsenal Women.

In this episode of the Arsenal Women Arsecast, Tim is live from London Colney chatting to Gunners Jen Beattie, Lotte Wubben-Moy and Victoria Pelova ahead of Arsenal’s huge Women’s Champions League semi-finals against Wolfsburg. Tim speaks to Jen about the evolution of the UWCL over the last decade, to Lotte about Arsenal’s evolution and lessons learned across the last two seasons in the UWCL as well as last year’s quarter-final elimination by Wolfsburg, while Tim chats with Victoria Pelova about her January move from Ajax and how she is settling into life at the club.
Tickets are still available for the UWCL semi-final second leg at Emirates Stadium Event Information Screen – eTickets (eticketing.co.uk) on Bank Holiday Monday, 1 May at 5.45pm. The club are really shooting for a sellout so let’s make it happen!

Great podcast Tim, really enjoyed it. I got my tickets as soon as the blocks behind the dug out went on sale. COYG’s 💪

Loved every minute of this. Jen, Lotte and Victoria showed everything that inspires about AWFC.
PS Tim, you asked to guess the interloper for Victoria’s piece…..a certain eccentric Austrian shot-stopper, perchance?

Matt

I really enjoyed it too. Fingers crossed you’ll be able to do similar podcasts with some of the other players Tim. As for the interloper, I thought it was Gio at first but subsequently decided it was Katie McCabe. Certainly not confident on that at all though.

Another great listen. Thanks Tim

Really good pod Tim,interesting to hear Jens comments on what she’s doing in the office, sounds like it will suit her down to the ground & how she’s helping the younger players make the step into the first team. She’ll be having more playing time after what’s happened with Leah, not time to hang up the boots just yet.
