It’s Capital One Cup action tonight as we play Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough. As expected, Arsene Wenger has made a raft of changes from the team which beat Everton at the weekend.
The official line-ups are below.

Subs: Price, Palmer, Semedo, Nuhiu, McGugan, Bus, Sasso
Arsenal: Cech, Debuchy, Chambers, Mertesacker, Gibbs, Flamini, Kamara, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Iwobi, Campbell, Giroud
Subs: Macey, Monreal, Gabriel, Bielik, Bennacer, Sheaf, Walcott

Surprised Giroud is starting, interested to see the shape of Ox/Campbell/Iwobi, and definitely interested to see how well Kamara plays
Get in Iwobi!
Lord flam to be MOTM.
Rise to the occasion ox! show them
Guess we are riding the French stallion. COYG!
Looking forward to Lord Flam seizing the moment.

…quickly looking up Kamara youtube highlights…
That caught me off guard: Would have bet on a Walcott start… Still, strong team selection.
abeg I wan win this match…. no matter the squad in the match
is adeliade injured? would have loved to see him play.
The Jeff is with France u17’s at the world championships.
He is at u-17 World cup for the French
…And he’s killin it too
They need to be eliminated asap. Would rather him on the right for Swansea.
Strong enough team to win comfortably
My eyes on Kamara tonight, from what I’ve seen he can be a beast of a midfielder.
Look, they have Bus on their bench!! Wonder when they would choose to park it on pitch.
Hahahhaha you sir deserve a laugh.
Maybe they are Chelsea in disguise.
He is bound for a Chelsea transfer this January, isn’t he?
Giroud over Walcott surprised me. He should help all set pieces.
Looking forward to watching some of the youngsters.
COYG!!! Keep up our great momentum.
Beat Sheffield Wednesday on a Tuesday!
I’ll speak for the great unwashed. Who the good damn digggledy dang is Kamara? #amirite

This is going to be a very tough match for our youngsters. Wednesday have only made two changes from their last league match. They’re obviously viewing this competition as just about their only chance to win anything this year.
That said, I’m full of confidence for Kamara and Iwobi, and I hope they seize this chance with both hands. I’m a little surprised not to see Walcott starting up front, but I guess with the inexperience elsewhere on the pitch the Boss wanted Giroud’s defensive contribution.
It’ll be a difficult battle, but I think we’ll win this. COYG!
So glad the big players are not risked, not even on the bench, especially santi after the ramsey injury we are very short in midfield, he is more vital for us to stay fit than ozil and alexis I would say, because without santi there is different game for ozil he will be more closed down with not many space to play and with oizl closed down it will be much more difficult for alexis. I have faith with the youngster especially from iwobi.COYG
I think Walcott still #1 and being rested for league. He’ll be a big handful for Bayern away on the break and I think with him the focus is there. That’s my guess anyway.
Ox and Theo injured. Time to get our players back from loan spells. I feel like smashing some things into the ground. Just when things were going right for us.
Is Debuchy really playing ?
How can he be so useless ?
so gutted to lose Theo and oxlade in a match we look like losing. wld ve been better to lose this match than losing two very important players to injury
Debuchy has been awful for a while now. Whenever he’s started or come on he’s been poor.
Yes it’s bad luck to have Theo & the Ox off injured but poor decision by the boss to have such a lightweight & inexperienced bench.
What the actual fuck is that? Freak injuries out of nothing! I just hope we are being extra cautious and the players are alright.
Cannot watch another minute of that shitshow…not with 2 injuries and a fuckload of players who want to “START” That remains a pipe dream…they know themselves
Im not watching the 2nd half because i dont want to completly erase what has been a wonderful 3-0 0-3 2-0 2-1 kind of week.
It’s the Carling Fuc no more injuries please….Shad!!??
Calf injury for Walcott it seems. Even a grade 1 takes 3-4 weeks to heal… for normal people that is.
It’s the bad pitch. We should have fucking learnt our lessons by now.
Also it’s stupid to go to the media to blame the pitch. Gives the opposition more reason to keep it Arsenal ready.
Now, do you really think he’ll spend in January?
How do we manage to gift opposition goals through free kicks and corners with such ease and frequency is beyond me!? Debucy’s confidence seems totally shattered. None of the youngsters are looking ready even for this level. Where is that depth that everyone seems to be talking about? If Ox and Theo join Ramsey to sit out for a month, then we need to bring some players back from loan urgently to provide back up.
Campbell’s tackling is excellent, shame he’s shite going forward.
Our bench has been weak for recent games and I worry that the gap between the 1st XI and the rest is massive now.
Ah fuck it just keep some players fit….bare bones 🙁
