Arsenal have confirmed that all general admission, club level season tickets and membership prices have been frozen for another season – the fourth in a row.
The news will no doubt be welcomed by regulars at the Emirates, even though we’re all well aware of the premium we already pay.
Arsenal have also made clear that they will continue to offer around 26,000 tickets from £10 for each Carabao Cup home game and that the price of Premier League tickets for Arsenal fans on the road will be capped at £26, four quid below the league-wide price.
There is crazy money coming in from the media for TV rights and the fans shouldn’t be paying more, so this is a good decision.
Better to get more commercial income in, that’s where we are weak.
How you going to get more commercial income if you have a weak team
Every PL team can (and does) get more commercial income year on year, irrespective of their league position. It’s just that they can get even more when they’re doing well…
Winning the league or CL will help this commercial, but to do that we need a challenging team, if only we had an owner that want to invest like Chelsea did i’m sure we’ll be up there near united.
They would have struggled to justify any type of increase
#KroenkeOut
As if they had a choice…
Agreed. This is not a kidness of heart gesture, but more of a: “we’ve spent months trying to think of even just a single way we can justify or spin a price increase…but despite our collective best efforts we can’t” type of gesture from the Board.
Surprised so few comments on this.
They are reducing club level a further 8% if they do not qualify for the Champions League.
If?
🙂
