We’ve been given a fitness boost ahead of tomorrow’s trip to Loftus Road with the news that Laurent Koscielny is available again.
The French defender pulled out of the Villa game having aggravated a knee problem in the warm up, but has recovered sufficiently and should partner Thomas Vermaelen in the centre of defence tomorrow.
Other than that there are no new injuries, all the players fit for last weekend’s game have come through without any problems, and Arsene Wenger is warning them that despite recent form, there can be no taking their foot off the pedal.
At his press conference, Wenger said, “We can be third, we can be fourth, we can be fifth or six, it depends on our consistency now.
I see us fighting like mad to win the game tomorrow, I don’t look further than that.”
The boss also faces a UEFA charge and a possible ban today, not for the first time either, and he said, “I don’t know if I am banned but if I am, it is unjustified and I will appeal.”
Arseblog News will update throughout the day as soon as we have more.
“I see us fighting like mad to win the game tomorrow, I don’t look further than that.” Strong words from Arsene!
Good to have him back
welcome back mr. Kos. Kick that cunt joey fucking barton’s ass and stick mark hughes’ knife head in it! COYG!!!
Can anyone confirm Kos is one yellow away from a one match ban? (which could be the next one after QPR, Citeh)
Yes, he is (afaik) .. some confusion but seems like he has collected 9 till date. I am kind of divided on the matter of him playing … if there was any game in which there were more chances of him getting a yellow , it’s this one what with it being full of c*nts who led by Barton are masters of deceit … and I think Djourou can handle QPR but maybe not Man city … I hope Arsene plays Djourou instead of Boss here but with his “next game only” mantra and that we dont want to break… Read more »
No new injuries. That means mental strength is still in the squad. Will be glad if hand brakes is out for the season.
And…… He is banned for 3 games.. fucking joke
AW says he is going to appeal.I am afraid the words UEFA and successful appeal will never go together.
Unless your name is Guardiola.
3 Match ban for Wenger – they really hate him there (possibly cos he doesn’t manage Uefalona)

My theory is that Arsenal were unbeaten for a whole season at one point in their history. Unlike ANY OTHER club.
Jealous we’ll do it again next year?
As in UEFA being jealous lol! 🙂
AVB’s Porto side last year also went undefeated. But Platini and UEFA are cunts, yes.
I hope we absolutely demolish QPR.
Uefa shuld leave Wenger alone wat as he done again he as the right to lay down complain as Manager
Give them another season together and we will have the most formidable defence in the league.
LANS!
Sorry if I sound dumb but what does LANS mean? I’m sure you AINT refering to Local Area NetworkS.
Like A New Signing.
Please don’t ask me to explain further
Hughes was such a classless piece of shit when he got the man city oil money, publicly unsettling players with no respect for anyone. Then he made his comment about Fulham having no ambition, well I hope he gets relegated. A cunt of teddy sheringham proportions.
We’ll do an ARSENAL on Barton and shut mad hughes out of EPL for life, and have our three points and everybody is happy!
If Kos is fit, then he plays. AW plays his best players always. I like this policy as we need to get that third spot. If Kos gets another yellow, so be it, and we will deal with it. We are The Arsenal.
I’d rather have him for the City game than the QPR game so I’d be inclined to rest him. Not just to protect him from a potential ban (which you know that cunt Joey Barton will try and encourage) but also to make sure he’s fully rested.
Djourou’s did good the last game, let him take on QPR.
i cant wait to see the ugly face of joey barton.
You and you alone mate…
You’re a sick man
[…] into the mix we go again with a short trip to Loftus Road to face QPR. In terms of the team news the only addition to the squad from last weekend’s game against Villa is Laurent Koscielny, […]
