Any day now we’re expecting to get a glimpse of Arsenal’s trio of kits for next season. In the meantime, a flood of training gear has appeared online.
Twitter account @0F0BALL has shared pictures of training tops and bottoms, tracksuits and various other accessories. The colours range from navy and royal blue to a sort of weird fluorescent yellow. There’s also a snazzy red and black top that incorporates an ‘a’ motif from one of our old crests.
Judging by the pictures, we could be sporting an amended Emirates sponsor logo on our home, away and third kits. Instead of ‘Fly Emirates’ it will be ‘Emirates, Fly Better’. We actually had this tagline on the current shirt during the Emirates Cup last summer and it’s being adopted by all the other clubs that partner with the airline.
As we mentioned yesterday, next year’s kits are expected to be red and white (home), cloud white (away), navy and orange (third).
It remains to be seen when this gear and the new kits get launched. With everything still up in the air due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, it’s possible the usual summer release could be pushed back.
No visit Rwanda, so we are just stopping in Kenya? Uganda be kidding me.
That red and black top though, am definitely buying
As nice as it is, we’re still getting over the Ivan phase. Do we really need an AC Milan style Training top? ?
Apparently the leak came from somewhere in Rome.
The press are calling it MkhiLeaks.
Groan. On the other hand, we can use a groaner nowadays.
Ok, ok. How about this?
It’s nice that under Arteta shirts are being leaked. Under Emery it was just goals.
At a press conference Ashley Maitland-Niles was asked if he liked the new training kits.
He responded simply “What’s training?”
After the Emirates airline spectacularly went bust during the coronavirus outbreak, the Arsenal shirt now reads “Emirates – Bus even betterer”.
Will you be here all week?
Why does it need to look like it was stitched up from two different colours?
Looks like they made a shirt and the boss said, “those are supposed to be
long-sleeved so add a bit of fabric to the ends”
Ugh, I think the Emirates: Fly Better thing looks awful compared to the current kits. All the more reason I need to purchase this season’s kits before it’s too late!
Well, hopefully when the focus is back on football – the powers that be will have a rethink about this proposition. I have not bought a new tricot for a few seasons now …. looks like that trend may continue.
After a solid first season with adidas, they’ve only gone and mucked it up again. These are puma level bad. And why the f**k are we wearing pink again?
