Just a quick note to say thank you to everyone who took the time to vote for Arseblog in the Best Club Podcast category at the 2023 FSA awards.
Having been shortlisted last year, we went one better this time and won!
As many of you will know, the Arsecast has been going since 2006 and has expanded to include several spin-offs with and without Blogs at the helm.
Mondays wouldn’t really be Mondays* without Andrew and James chewing the cud after matches on the Arsecast Extra, Fridays** are reserved for special guests from across the football spectrum (and occasionally beyond) and the rest of the week is filled with brilliant input from Phil (The 30), Lewis (PL preview) and Tim and his team (Arsenal Women Arsecast).
I’m sure they all agree that chatting about Arsenal and football isn’t exactly a chore but it’s always lovely to have your work recognised.
The competition for this latest award was particularly stiff with The Anfield Wrap (last year’s winners), Fulhamish, 1912 Exiles, The Square Ball, and Under the Abbey Stand also nominated. A tip of the hat to them.
We’ve said it many times before but your support – both here and on Patreon – means a great deal.

I don’t often have a need to wear a suit, last wore one last year for a wedding, hung it all in the cupboard with a suit cover, unveiled it the afternoon of the awards and the jacket had an enormous stain on it that I wasn’t aware of because I hadn’t laid eyes on the suit for a year and was very drunk when I last removed it…
